Garlic Mashed Potatoes

5 pounds Russet Potatoes, cooked until soft and mashed
1 stick real butter
1 Tub (10 oz.) plain cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
Milk or cream
1 tablespoon garlic powder
Sea salt and pepper to taste

~ Mix all ingredients with a hand blender until smooth, adding milk or cream if potatoes are too thick.
